If you have high blood pressure, focus on certain activities can help improve the activity of your heart & relax blood vessels.
Aerobic exercise is best for your heart because it is repetitive and rhythmic and also works on the large muscle of the legs, shoulders, and arms. Exercise pulls blood away from your heart towards the active skeletal muscles and thereby reduces the load on your heat.
